We were very lucky to have found Lorraine. She is a professional Real Estate agent that understands the investor market. From start to finish, she was very prompt at responding to our e-mails and calls. Her follow-through was fantastic. Even when we were not able to view the properties, Lorraine provided us pictures and detailed descriptions that allowed us to make educated decisions which saved us a lot of time and unnecessary aggravation. This was very helpful since were looking for an out of state home and flying out was not always on option. Her white glove service walked us through the entire process. Her negotiating skills were top notch and we were apprised every step of the way. We will definitely work with Lorraine again and highly recommend her. She is a great addition to our team.

I haven't bought a home from Lorraine myself yet. But when I do she is going to be my agent. I have referred many of my friends and family to her and they are thrilled with the service she gives. She goes out of her way "and hours" to deliver the best customer service you could ask for from and agent. She is always available to you. If you don't get her and have to leave a message she calls you back within an hour. Her customer service from the time she contacts you to the time she delivers is AMAZING. I have never seen an agent do the things she does, she will find you people to help you if you are moving, help you get anything changed or repaired if you are selling or buying and is always there to advise you with the latest in what is key to purchasing or selling.
