Today I contacted Lorraine as I needed to find a mortgage broker, she called me back from a cruise-ship and I could notice that she was upset to find out that I was in fact reaching out to get a reference and that I was not wanting to buy a house right away ?First of all I should say that I am planning to buy a house just not right away so here is what I sent to her :Dear Lorraine ,Allow me to tell you that you were rather rude on the phone with me today.I am not responsible for bothering you on a cruise, I thought you were at work .It was up to you not to return the call until you get back to Florida if you decided to do so.I am actually planning to buy another house as well as mentioned so yes I am totally serious. What I am also sure of is that you just lost a potential customer .I hope for you that you do not have too many of those phone calls this year .Philippep.s. As Alan Fox ( or one of his associates )mentioned one day "checking e-mails on cruise-ships can be rather expensive but if you learn from them it is then priceless !!!!she then answered :Wish you all the best.
