We are first time home-buyers and we could not have asked for a better real-estate agent. Katherine was super knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us through the entire process. We came in knowing very little and Katherine sat down with us early on to walk us through the process and was able to give us what turned out to be incredibly accurate target dates to hit certain milestones in the process to time the move-in date with the end of our lease.Through the process we were able to find a house we loved and Katherine really helped us secure the purchase when we didn't think it was possible. After offer acceptance, Katherine proved to be invaluable with not only her insight on different aspects of the home but also the local resources she was able to connect us with (electrician, radon mitigation, home inspector, and the likes).Even with the purchase taking place in the midst of the pandemic, Katherine was able to guide us accurately, effectively, and with as little stress as possible which made this process painless.
