Bottom line first, under Amandas guidance, I netted many thousands of dollars more than I expected from the sale of my cabin! In every phase of the process, Amanda was professional, supportive and clearly was acting in my best interests. Her response time to texts, emails and phone messages was simply amazing! When asked for a recommendation, she presented me with an array of options and likely outcomes, leaving the decision to me. From the beginning she added some staging to the interior, that would appeal to a more feminine eye. She orchestrated the removal and donation of some furniture that the buyers, at the last moment, decided they did not want. Amanda even did a last-minute clean-up before the final walk though. Let me begin by saying, I have never provided a review of anyone or any product but my experience working with Amanda is worth documenting. From the very beginning, Amanda demonstrated a passion for her work and highly customized her vast repertoire of knowledge and skills of the real estate landscape to constantly meet and exceed our expectations. Not only did she introduce us to our dream home at Alpine Lake, she worked tirelessly advocating on our behalf while educating us in areas we hadnt even considered before, during and after the sale. She connected us with everything and everyone we needed to enjoy our second home on the lake. No matter what I asked, from where to buy furnishings locally to where to get firewood for our fireplaces, she literally never fell short of being helpful and exceptional in every way. Her comprehensive network and knowledge of this area has given us an inside look at the culture and unique qualities of the lake which has only enhanced our experience owning a new home here.
