We recently purchased a property in Wild Rose. While I was very skeptical as I've had 5 previous agents in 3 years and was shocked at how difficult it was to find an agent that gets it! I found a property on Zillow and had to find another agent I called Bunny based on the handful of positive reviews. I grilled her based on my previous bad experiences. With the market as it is today, most agents point you to a website and send emails with a "call me" if you see anything you want to look at. Very little follow up. At first Bunny asked if I was a prank call! I explained my bad experiences, and told her what my expectations of a agent would be if she wanted my business. Here is where it gets good. She made herself available anytime we needed, she showed us the property we eventually purchased. Along the way we developed a working relationship. I was very impressed at her knowledge, her reputation with various contractors, inspection, well, septic, was second to none. They all had nothing but good things to say and all had positive experiences. Could this be? I'll tell you she was with us each step of the way, answered all my questions, erased all my doubts, pointed us to many resources that made our purchase possible. She returned each call promptly, made herself available anytime we needed her. I waited 2 months to write this as I wanted to let it sink in fully. I gave Bunny 5 stars in all categories and would give her 6 if it was possible. Bunny Hansen Thank You for making our dream come true!
