I had a great experience with Leslie while buying my first home in Bed-Sty. Leslie was actually representing the seller but ultimately she was trying to facilitate what we both wanted which was for the deal to go through. I did not have my own agent so I was dealing with Leslie direct on a regular basis. Firstly she is very pleasant to deal with and has a very friendly demeanor. She marketed the house extremely well and had all the answers to my questions during the open house. Once we had agreed on a price she was in regular contact with me throughout the entire process to ensure everything was kept moving along smoothly and quickly. She also provided invaluable help when my bank was carrying out the house appraisal by providing them with similar valuations of recent sales in the neighborhood. Leslie was so reliable throughout the whole process and always got back to me instantly if ever I had any questions. She's extremely knowledgeable and competent. She followed through right up until the very end and was there at closing to wish me luck when I was handed the keys.If I'm ever in the market to buy or sell a house again Leslie will be my first call and I look forward to having her on my team next time round !Thanks Leslie for making the whole process so smooth and hassle free!
