If you are looking for an agent that knows the area, listens to his clients, is patient, and is determined to find the property for you, Jeff is your guy! My husband and I are very pleased! We couldn't be happier with Jeff's determination and communication through our real estate purchase. We purchased 40 acres of pristine land with a beautiful cabin. He came across this place while we were looking at another property, just north of it actually. We were working with Jeff on buying that 20 acres when he was called by the property owner to the south, that he was wanting to sell their 40. He was quick to getting on the phone to call us about this opportunity! He said, "if you can swing this, you will be very happy, you won't be disappointed!" We dropped the 20 acre property that we had been going back and forth on negotiations with the seller, and jumped on this new property. We are ecstatic about our new purchase, and can't thank Jeff enough! He went above and beyond to make sure we found what we were looking for! Jeff Hway is your man! He went above and beyond for us and he will for you too. When my wife was offered a job in Ely we needed to find a new place to call home. We asked friends that lived in the area and Jeff was highly recommend. We were moving from Mpls and time to come up and look for real estate was limited and of the essence. Jeff was great at keeping us informed of listings and always fitting us in with the time we had. He was more then accommodating and always prepared with not only knowledge of the property but of the surrounding area as well. His honest, trustworthy and nothing hidden personality made making one of the biggest decisions of our life comforting and easy.
