Ryan also proved to be a fantastic partner during the purchase process aEUR" providing great advice on specific properties I was interested in and demonstrating a solid understanding of what I was looking for. Ryan was cool under pressure during negotiations and even had a few tricks up his sleeve that proved very useful!
