Janna did a tremendous job at getting out home sold. In today's housing sales market, getting top notch photos makes a huge difference. Getting potential buyers to look at your home depends heavily on quality photos. Janna has a pro photographer and she took stunning photos. We had 6 buyers look at our home in the first two days. One of those buyers gave us a full price offer and ended up buying our home.We had a problem with our well which could have nixed the deal, but Janna hooked us up with a well contractor who quickly solved our problem for reasonable cost.On the day of the closing, we ran into another problem due to some very bad weather delaying us getting out of our home and removing some bags of trash which we didn't have time to get to the transfer station. She paid for the removal of the trash, out of her own pocket, at the last minute to satisfy the buyers and we owe her a debt of gratitude for everything she did for us.
