Ive known Jennifer as a member of my church for years, so it was natural that when we decided it was time to buy, that I consulted her first. Even though shes not from the area we were buying in (NH is a BIG state), she found the information wed need to be informed buyers. She is always encouraging, flexible and creative in constructing offers that have room to come to a good agreement that is good on both sides. We made offers on 2 houses prior to the one we finally purchased and all through these near miss deals (both got well into negotiations before breaking down on the sellers side), she was even keeled and able to help us keep our perspective and not become discouraged and not become tempted to go over our previously determined price ceiling (we qualified for more than we were willing to spend).
