We cannot say enough great things about Beth and her assistance with us in purchasing a villa in PCB. Living in another state made it even more imperative that we have a 5-star real estate agent to help us. Beth was always prompt with responses, very thorough and knowledgeable, she was persistent in getting us answers, available anytime we needed her to be (since we had a very limited and specific schedule that we could come to town), and ready to go the extra mile (literally and figuratively). She communicated in the manner we preferred (which often had to be via text), gave us a video tour of places since we could see in person, measured rooms, took photos, and so much more to help us get through this process as informed as possible.If you are looking to make a purchase (or sell property) in the PCB area, it can be daunting trying to find the right person to help you. (Especially if you reside outside of the area.) We came across a few folks early on that made us want to re-think the process altogether. Then we connected with Beth. She made all the difference in what can be a patience-trying and involved experience. We are thrilled with our purchase and fortunate to have had Beth guiding us through.
