We cannot say enough great things about Beth and her assistance with us in purchasing a villa in PCB. Living in another state made it even more imperative that we have a 5-star real estate agent to help us. Beth was always prompt with responses, very thorough and knowledgeable, she was persistent in getting us answers, available anytime we needed her to be (since we had a very limited and specific schedule that we could come to town), and ready to go the extra mile (literally and figuratively). She communicated in the manner we preferred (which often had to be via text), gave us a video tour of places since we could see in person, measured rooms, took photos, and so much more to help us get through this process as informed as possible.If you are looking to make a purchase (or sell property) in the PCB area, it can be daunting trying to find the right person to help you. (Especially if you reside outside of the area.) We came across a few folks early on that made us want to re-think the process altogether. Then we connected with Beth. She made all the difference in what can be a patience-trying and involved experience. We are thrilled with our purchase and fortunate to have had Beth guiding us through. We are so thankful for that recommendation. We were in the middle of rebuilding the home we had inherited from my parents, after severe damage by Hurricane Michael, when we made the decision to sell. Rebuilding took over 1 1/2 years. We first contacted Beth halfway through the rebuilding process, and she was very clear in explaining our options throughout that process (a comfort knowing there ARE options). She comes prepared, with recommendations of top contractors, which was a tremendous help to us. When we asked, Beth shared her opinions and gave guidance. I appreciated that she listened to our ideas, gave her opinion and suggestions, and helped us with decision-making throughout this process. She was great in giving us feedback from showings. She is an excellent communicator, through phone calls, emails, and texts. She is an excellent negotiator. Beth and her professional photographer took phenomenal photographs of our home, including fantastic aerial photos.
