Zillow linked us with Natalie after requesting to see a property for sale and thank goodness it was her!! She got in contact with me immediately and showed us the property the next day. She spoke to us about our wants and non-negotiables and was not pushy at all. That weekend we looked at another home that was having an open house and knew we found our house. We decided to put an offer in and she wrote up the contract so quick and helped us get a lower price than asking and solar panels paid off!! We even had a crazy time with our lenders and she was on top of every situation and handling whatever came her way in the most timely fashion. Without her, I dont think we wouldve continued the process due just to lender frustration. She even answered our calls at night when we were frantic and trying to figure out our plans. She is amazing and kind and fierce for her clients and I will be recommending her to anyone I know that is planning to buy or sell a home!!

I cannot say enough about Natalie! First, she is a genuinely nice person. But dont let that fool you as she is a ferocious negotiator. Not only did she get a stubborn seller to come down on price, but she ensured that all offers/promises were kept. She tirelessly showed us whatever properties we wanted to see. She has great intuition with respect to finding us exactly what we wanted, even if we didnt even know what we wanted. Shes candid and tells the truth - shes not pushy or salesy. Theres never any pressure with Natalie. She has a chill vibe and totally makes you feel at ease and at home. She knows the area more than locals, as she is one! She also has aEURoepeopleaEUR? - she knows someone who will cheaply do any job you need to get done, whether you are listing or buying. I promise if you use Natalie, it will be the easiest transaction you ever had! We loved her so much we listed a property with her & in LESS THAN A DAY, she had action on it! Hands down the BEST real estate experience ever!
