Connell has a reputation for being very professional and has been a pleasure to work with. He has a thorough understanding of the housing market and succeeded in locating the best deal for me. Connell showed me over 20 properties and always made himself available to accommodate my schedule. His mission was to help me find a quality property. Even when I had an option that I was sure on he still advised me otherwise. Before I was to close on this home he helped me find the perfect property in a better location. With his connections and reputation he was able to write an offer that I believe none other could have. When meeting to pay my closing cost it was shocking that I was paid $2,000 instead. Thanks to Connell and how he works his magic! He has done good business with my parents and even better for me. I am currently working with Connell in search for an investment property.
