Working with Katie was a dream as first-time homebuyers in San Francisco. Katie's 2 main traits that made us feel well taken care of were her responsiveness and knowledge of how to navigate the process. We started looking for properties back in November 2019 and when the perfect condo for us came available in February 2020, we were prepared to put in an offer, have it accepted, and closed the same day shelter-in-place went into effect in San Francisco on March 16. Katie guided is through the process, answered everything thoroughly and deferred to financing experts and a lawyer when it was appropriate in our purchase.
