By far, Stephanie Burton is the most Awesome realtor we've ever met and dealt with. She truly cares about her clients and it was a pleasure to have worked with her. From the first day we met, we were impressed by her warmth and professionalism. She was personable, up front, provided expert advice, had strong market knowledge and was very familiar with our location. Stephanie really listened to what we wanted and was very sympathetic given our unique situation. As soon as the contract agreement had been signed, advertisements were put on the various Real Estate websites and social media. All doing the house openings she provided excellent service to every potential buyer and worked with the inspectors, lenders and escrow officers. When there were setbacks, Stephanie kept us focus on the end results and we trusted her. In every situation she was kind, patient, encouraging and always available when needed. One of the hardest things to do in life is to "Let Go" of something you Love, especially ones Home. Stephanie had our best interest at heart and couldn't have done a better job selling our house. We would absolutely recommend her to others, she is a highly professional agent. We thank you for everything, we couldn't have done it without you.

I met Ashley at a homeownership event in May 2020. I chose to work with Ashely because of her calm demeanor, well-rounded knowledge of the real estate industry, and her passion for helping first-time homebuyers. I also really liked Ashleys dedication and commitment to increasing the homeownership rate among black communities. When I first contacted Ashley, I did not think she would agree to represent me due to my being a NACA client. However, Ashley responded right away to let me know that she is familiar with the NACA program and that she would love to take me on as a client. For those who may not know about NACA, it is a program designed to mitigate homeownership barriers for low- and moderate-income individuals/families. The benefits of NACA include no down payment, no closing cost, no consideration of credit score, and below-market interest rate. While the program has many perks and advantages, it is often overlooked by sellers in Bay Areas competitive housing market, due to its strict guidelines. However, that did not deter Ashley from wanting to continue to represent me. Despite the many hurdles we faced with NACA, she worked tirelessly to help me achieve my dream of becoming a homeowner in Oakland. Ashely drove from Sacramento to Oakland almost every weekend for about three months to show me houses. Five offers later, we finally went under contract and I now own a beautiful duplex in Oakland, a dream I once thought was almost impossible to achieve. But with Ashleys patience, encouragement, and support, I was able to overcome the challenges of homeownership in the Bay Area. Working with Ashley has truly been an amazing experience. She possesses all the qualities you want and need as a first-time homebuyer. She is knowledgeable, personable, attentive, responsive, proactive, professional, optimistic, and a great communicator. I would highly recommend Ashely to anyone looking for an excellent realtor.
