As a first-time home buyer, I was very confused by all the lingo and way to approach a home purchase. Ashley is very well-versed in the various loans and options available to purchasers from all backgrounds, and was able to expertly guide us in the process. Furthermore, she was strategic in her advice as to how to be competitive in a "hot" market, without compromising our goals and objectives, and without becoming emotional. Ashley's connections with local mortgage brokers/lenders, as well as inspectors and other individuals, was instrumental in getting us to close within 20 days (!!). I think what was most impressive, however, was Ashley's professionalism and candor. She was honest and kept our expectations in check, patient and reassuring when needed, and was with us through the process. I would recommend Ashley to anyone seeking a real etate agent.

Very Happy and grateful home buyers.I cant speak highly enough of Sade Christopher as our real estate agent. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. She is detail oriented, honest and a peoples person. From start to finish, she was extremely patient with us and always had went above and beyond to get any information we needed. Sade is one of a kind. Words cannot express how blessed we were to have her on our side. After a month of looking for a home without putting in a bid, I was discouraged and ready to give up, especially with interest rates going sky high. By far, Stephanie Burton is the most Awesome realtor we've ever met and dealt with. She truly cares about her clients and it was a pleasure to have worked with her. From the first day we met, we were impressed by her warmth and professionalism. She was personable, up front, provided expert advice, had strong market knowledge and was very familiar with our location. Stephanie really listened to what we wanted and was very sympathetic given our unique situation. As soon as the contract agreement had been signed, advertisements were put on the various Real Estate websites and social media. All doing the house openings she provided excellent service to every potential buyer and worked with the inspectors, lenders and escrow officers. When there were setbacks, Stephanie kept us focus on the end results and we trusted her. In every situation she was kind, patient, encouraging and always available when needed.
