I cannot say enough how amazing it was working with Jocelyn on buying our new construction home in June 2021. She was so incredible while we were searching for the perfect home and made sure to find ways to include both my deployed husband and me who were living in a different state. We would say we wanted to see a house and she had a video walkthrough of it usually within a few hours. I was honestly shocked by how quick and responsive she was! She also did so great with our negotiation for our contract and gave us some great feedback. While we did not get everything we wanted, we got an exceptional deal and I am confident we could not have gotten some of the concessions with a different Realtor. During the building process, Jocelyn was so great about checking in and addressing our concerns with the builder. We had some pretty frustrating delays towards closing but she was always very up front and timely in keeping us informed. We adore our new house and Jocelyn has been so great in referring us to additional contractors to meet our needs after we moved in. We feel so blessed we were able to have Jocelyn helping us in buying our home and we will not hesitate to refer her to friends and family and use her in the future!
