When we made the decision to sell, Susan and her team provided us with a thorough market analysis that was realistic, given the local market conditions. They created virtual tour, print, and on-line advertising that we were able to comment on prior to publication, and they kept us in the loop through the entire process. Once our home was listed, we were always given advance notice of timing of prospective purchasers' visits, and we were left with feedback forms for each visit to let us know how the showing went. When our home became of interest to two potential buyers at the same time, Susan's negotiation skills led to our receiving a final offer less than 2 percent under asking price! And the closing went quickly and smoothly. All in all a great experience, and we have already referred to Susan some friends who are ready to sell their house. Highly recommended agent!
