When my sister and I moved from Denver to Lincoln in 2011 a colleague of our niece referred us to Josh, who had been her agent when she was buying a home. He spent two days in April showing us properties in Lincoln, giving us a good overview of townhomes then available. We returned the end of May and the second day Josh helped us find the property we liked, make an offer which was accepted. He took care of the closing the end of July which we did not have to attend, gave us invaluable help selecting a realtor to work with in Denver, worked with us to replace the gas cook top with an electric cook top to be in place when we moved in August 29 '11. Josh checked on us from time to time and when we needed to make another move to Kansas, he was our agent of choice, giving us invaluable help in getting our home ready for inspection and to be listed for sale. He suggested competent workmen who used quality materials, and was always considerate when setting up a time for a showing. We had an offer on the place in two weeks and Josh helped us through all the paperwork. We were getting ready for the move to Overland Park on Nov. 2, and the closing did not happen until Dec. 1 , so again, Josh took complete care of the final details of the sale of our home. We feel that we have been so very fortunate to have had Josh for our realtor, both for the purchase and sale of our home in Lincoln, NE.
