Bob has sold homes over the years for my brother, my in-laws and now my mom. He is a high-energy realtor whose knowledge and experience make everything work out the way it should. He is friendly, knowledgeable and always available by text, email or phone call whenever we have questions. My mom is 93 and hard of hearing, and Bob worked with her extremely well to sell her house. He arranged a home warranty for her, and it's a good thing he did, because after her house was inspected it was determined that the furnace had to be replaced. So for a few hundred dollars for the home warranty, he saved her at least $8,000. He had the home sold for higher than the asking price, and even though the appraiser valued it a little lower, we appreciated the fact that he was able to secure mom's asking price. Realtors don't get any better than Bob, and working for BancWise he sells homes for 3.5 to 5 percent, which I believe is less than any other real estate agency charges. Bob is the best!

Josh actually sold two houses for me (One in 2008 when the market was not doing well, and another in 2014 when the housing market was quickly moving) and he did excellent work in both situations under quite different circumstances. In 2008 I parted with a (2200 sq ft )historic prairie box home I had lived in for 30 years, as I was sizing down and my parents were in decline. My father actually died during that time and the house sold for less than I had originally hoped. However, it held at above tax value and that was my bottom expectation. That took about 6 months and had it not been for Josh's steady supportive relationship, I might have pulled the sale and regretted doing so. As we closed on the house, I felt very good about the process and moved comfortably onto the next chapter of my life. The second house he sold for me was in 2014 ( a smaller home I shared with my husband for 7 years) as my husband and I prepared to pack up everything we owned and leave the state to retire. Once again the stress of selling a family home while locating another out of state and negotiating the actual move was mitigated nicely by Josh's steady knowledgeable approach. The house sold for a thousand dollars over the listing price & the offer came within 24 hours of going on the market!Josh exemplifies the importance of building a relationship with the homeowner and the property. His respect for the emotional attachment of the owner to the property is key in the successful way he helps home sellers and I suspect buyers with the immense stress of decision making of home ownership. He is amazing in his ability to help the seller get through rough spots (a storm caused a big tree to fall on my old house, breaking the chimney and damaging shingles in the middle of the sale process) with a minimum of distress.I would and have recommended Josh to friends in Lincoln and surrounding areas since our move. Apparently, the market in Lincoln has been so good that in two cases, the people I made the recommendation to, sold their homes without real estate assistance.
