We had our home listed with another agent prior to teaming with Bob. After very little action and virtually zero showings, the previous realtor blamed the lack of interest on the market. We were told to make a dramatic price reduction in order to move the house. After some online research, we decided to part ways with our current realtor and hire Bob. Wow! What a whirlwind of difference. In the few weeks that Bob had our lusting, we had showing after showing with tons of interest and great feedback. Josh along with his partner, Andrew McNeely, helped us navigate the deep waters of selling our home and purchasing another as we downsized and transitioned from a large home to condo living. Our home was listed and sold within a matter of hours to the first prospective buyer who looked at the residence, for the price we set. In particular, Josh did a great job negotiating with the seller of the condo that we purchased, getting it down $30,000 from the original ask, which was a reasonable price for the market and the work needed. As we waited for the sale of the home to close, we were able to go back into the property we were buying several times to measure and refresh our memory prior to completion of the transaction.
