We found Dylon via google and from reading positive reviews. We wanted to share our positive review also. Our review revolves around an estate sale. We live out of state and and our mom passed during Covid, we were forced to tackle and coordinate an estate sale from out of state, which presented it's own set of challenges. Upon first speaking with Dylon he impressed us with his knowledge of real estate within the local market as well as his team being familiar with the estate sale process.We were treated by Dylon and his team with the utmost professionalism and they went above and beyond what a normal brokerage would normally do. We had the absolute best experience working with Dylon from Baker Estates. For our transaction, Dylon was actually the seller's agent; however, we had such great interaction with him we asked Dylon to handle both sides of the transaction. Dylon represented the seller very well and at one point asked to bring in another agent from his office to represent us, the buyers. Dylon felt this was necessary in order to remain impartial and neutral. We would not have it, and I am certainly glad we did not. In my experience when you find someone like Dylon you do your best to keep him in your transaction and in your life. Dylon is as honest as the day is long and his follow up throughout the process was exceptional. We have purchased many homes in the past and plan to buy another in Vacaville in 2023. Hopefully, Dylon will be available to us in the future.
