I am a a first time buyer and wasn't sure how the process worked. After weeks of searching internet sites I finally decided I was ready for a realtor. When I walked into the office of another local realtor, I was told to continue my search and if there was something I wanted to see i should give them a call. When walking out I was pretty deflated. I finally felt ready to take a big leap and the lack of attention wasn't what I had expected. After a few weeks I decided to try another office. Carrie's greeting was warm and friendly. We had a great conversation regarding my interests and what I might be looking for. When I told her I didn't know how the process worked she took the time to explain the details. Right away I felt she was there for me. As Carrie guided me through the process, she excelled at Customer Service. She was quick to answer all of my questions and supported my ever changing mind. Carrie gave me tips on what to look for and what to look beyond. She made herself available to me and my family. I closed yesterday on the perfect little yellow house with the big back yard thanks to Carrie!

I was a first time home buyer using the VA Loan and I can not even begin to describe how helpful Carrie was in explaining everything to me, and helping me find the perfect house!The whole home buying process is pretty overwhelming at times but Carrie went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly and that all my questions were answered. Whenever I texted or called her she would make a point to call or text me back as soon as possible. She explained all the steps in a way that was easy to understand and she walked me through realistic scenarios and future events so that I fully understood everything that had to be done.The night before closing we found a cosmetic crack in the freshly painted wall and Carrie went above and beyond to ensure that the crack was properly inspected, diagnosed, and repaired before closing - I could not have asked for a better realtor to guide me through the home buying process!I highly recommend her to any home buyer - especially a first time home buyer using the VA Loan.
