We recently sold our home this summer. It was a very daunting prospect for us, and quite honestly, we expected our home to take a bit of time to sell given the history of other homes in our area and price range. We contacted Mandy based on a recommendation from our daughter-in-law. After retiring we were renting in Florida for the winter and debating if we should sell our home in Crystal Lake, Illinois and live permanently in Florida. We called Mandy and discussed our options.
