I want to write this review about Millie because I feel extremely fortunate to have such an incredible broker. Words can hardly express all she did for me with these recent two transactions. It started when I called her and asked her opinion about the market. Within 24 hours, Millie was at my condo discussing everything with me. She listened patiently as I went on about my new housing needs. She just immediately understands people, where they are heading, and knows what she needs to do to get them there. She understands the market so well that she knew exactly the price I could expect for my condo and how to get me to that price. Millie has a photographer who came out and took the most gorgeous photos you have ever seen of my condo. I actually couldn't believe my eyes. A My place went on the market and there was a bidding war for it. Millie handled it swiftly and was able to get me a great price. She is the one who actually found me the condo which worked PERFECTLY for me in 2016 and she was able to sell it for much more than I paid for it. Let me put it this way, two similar condos were listed in my building when mine was listed and neither of them have sold. Millie was the only one who was able to get the deal done.A A Millie has such an excellent reputation because she is quite simply the VERY best out there. Let me further explain how I know this. I wanted to buy and sell on the same day. So once we had the closing date for my condo, the next job Millie had was to find me a new home and fast! A Of course, she did. In about 60 days I met with Millie, decided to list my condo, sold it, found a new home, and closed on a new home!A Let me be clear, I had no idea what I wanted in my next property. A The first 30 days I spent looking at multi-units. I called up Millie a couple times and again within just a few hours she would meet me at a multi-unit and we would discuss the property thoroughly. It didn't matter what she had planned that day, she made time for me. A And then I decided to switch my search to single family homes at the last minute. So of course I had Millie and her team taking me to properties every single night to look at single family homes. They were completely devoted. They sent me listings, scheduled appointments and as a team, they discussed my situation. They always responded to my emails within 1 or 2 hours. They just were so easy to work with and so fast. A No matter what I needed, they were all there for me with bright personalities and smiles. Buying and selling a home can be a stressful time but when working with Millie and using her resources, it just felt easy and fun. A I always felt cared for.I love using Millie's excellent connections. A I adore the lawyer and lender she works with. A I really can't express how great they were to work with- sheer perfection. A They are smart and hilarious and know what they are doing just like Millie. A Millie, her lender, lawyer, inspector, contractor, her team and all of their connections like electricians and insurance agents. A They were all so helpful. Imagine this, I was supposed to close on two properties, and the day before the closing on my condo and the closing on my new home my buyer got in an accident and was hospitalized. Everyone handled it and redid both closings for the next day instead. It was not even a big deal because Millie and everyone she is affiliated with are so professional and good at this. A Also, I only wanted to purchase this single family home if I could tear down walls and renovate the property so of course within 24 hours Millie had a contractor at the property going over the details of which walls were support walls and what the tear down would require.Finally, let's talk price. Every single time I work with Millie she is able to get me below budget on my purchase. She is a master negotiator who takes her time and uses her skills to get me what I need. She got me this home at a great price, in a wonderful neighborhood, and it's perfect for me and my husband. A When she was visiting the property with me she recommended the hardwood floor color, paint color, and I surely will ask her advice about the kitchen layout as soon as we finish designing a few solid options. See Millie has a good eye for all of these things. What she tells me, I always know, it sells. I've experienced this with her at the condo. A I trust her judgement 100% when it comes to properties and everything that pertains to properties. A It could be where to put a bedroom, where to not knock out a wall, to do a 5 year plan for the property, how to title the property, to put a dehumidifier in the basement, how to take care of this or that. A Her knowledge is priceless. Her personality is incredibly positive and lovely. A I can't wait to work on another transaction with Millie. A Anybody would be so lucky to have her as a broker.
