We decided to sell the home we built and lived in for the past 25yrs .After interviewing 3 potential agents we were disappointed. We then contacted The Baird Team from a mailing they had done. Gary Baird understood the uniqueness of our property. He listened to our marketing suggestions while sharing his appraisal knowledge and experience. This was valuable in determining a fair market selling price, not to mention when it came time for us to buy. His staging expertise was priceless. Although we grumbled along the way, when I saw the HD pictures, I wanted to buy my house! He used a Drone to capture the acreage along with our Million Dollar view. We anticipated our home to be on the market a while so we were delighted when 2 weeks later, 3 offers came in. Gary calmly worked his magical negotiating skills netting us $38.0 over ask! He then was able to find us a new home in our desired area and price range. In the near future our daughter and family will be selling their home and purchasing another. Since she tagged along to many of the potential listings we saw, she was able to see Gary's impressive process, start to finish. They will defiantly be contacting him.
