The home we went for was a short sale and Suzi was on top of everything during the process. From the time we put a bid on this house (March) to the time we closed (August), Suzi was very detailed and informative on what was the next step. While she kept us up to date with news from the bank every week, she would still be looking for homes just in case the bank said no. Suzi was working non stop and I really liked having such a dedicated realtor. We viewed numerous amounts of homes and through each walk thru, Suzi would be looking for things that I would have never noticed. She would consistently let us know what would help our home and also what could cause problems in the future. She's very energetic and enthusiastic when looking for that perfect home for you and your family. I could not have imagined a better experience during such a hectic and stressful time when buying a home. I'm really glad we went with Suzi and I have and will continue to recommend her to my friends looking for their dream homes.
