I was put in touch with Nick to schedule a showing for a house I was interested in buying. There were some issues with the sellers and scheduling a showing but, those issues aside, Nick was very frustrating to work with. I gave him a date/time I was available to see the house, but he never contacted me to confirm the showing. I gave him the benefit of the doubt because I really wanted to see the house so, a few days later, Nick and I rescheduled the showing for me to see the house. I showed up at the house at the date/time Nick confirmed with me, but the house's sellers were there and said they knew nothing about the showing and that they already accepted an offer the night before. Clearly Nick did not schedule the showing even though he confirmed with me that he did. I called Nick and left him a voicemail letting him know I showed up at the house for a showing that he obviously didn't schedule and that the sellers already accepted me an offer and he texted me back saying "Thanks for calling with the heads up about them getting an accepted offer". There was no apology for not scheduling a showing that he told me he scheduled. I was surprised by my experience with him given his many 5-star reviews, but to me he was very unprofessional.
