We decided to work with Laura based on positive feedback from friends who also purchased with her assistance in the last year. What a great referral it turned out out to be! Lauras knowledge of Bend and the neighborhoods around town is impressive. We really appreciated her approach to starting our home search to help us refine our wants and needs. Once we started in person home tours she was honest about her impression of homes including the quality of build and value of the finishes. She was patient, heard our feedback, and had great suggestions for homework we could do on our own to help in the entire process. She was aggressive enough to get us under contract in a very competitive market, which is no small undertaking. When it came down to a tight closing timeline, she lit a fire under the lender when it needed to happen. Post close she continued to ensure we were set logistically for move in.
