They worked with us from the time we wanted to list it at a price we were willing to sell it for, to selling it after several markdowns, the pricings of which were our decision because we needed our new house to be ready to move into or price the house accordingly. They brought in a steady stream of potential buyers, especially when we finally dropped the price to more market value when we moved. Their team advertised in high-end glossy publications and provided comprehensive sales documents laid out for potential buyers at the home and produced a great website page and drone video of the house. They provided helpful feedback from viewings, when available, sent monthly activity summaries, and provided valuable expertise in negotiating the sale. They engaged a stager for us after we moved and arranged for house and carpet cleaners, as well as for experts to assess or address deficiencies before closing of escrow.
