Ive conducted three real estate transactions in the Avalon park area over the past few years and Ive had three separate agents for each transaction. My first experience was horrible, second experience was nice, and then for the final transaction I met John! He is unbelievably professional and efficient. He exceeded all expectations and showed a level of expertise that I have rarely experienced in any professional transaction. My wife and I live in north Florida and we have a rental home in Avalon Park. We decided to sell the property, but we wanted to make sure our tenants could remain in the home until the end of their current lease. We reached out to a close friend and she referred us to John. I first spoke with John and he instantly put me at ease. He assured me that he could sell my home to an investor and it would have very little impact on the tenants. Following that conversation we decided to work with John. This was a Tuesday morning and by Saturday morning the house was under contract and closed 30 days later. As usual with a real estate transaction there were some bumps throughout the closing process, but John was an advocate for us and ensured that everything was handled in a very seamless and fair manner. I recommend John in the strongest terms possible. He was a genuine pleasure to work with and made a stressful process very stress free.
