I was working with another Realtor who had this kind of ho hum attitude. I felt like I was getting no where in my search for a home. I met Ronda when she returned my call about a house that I was interested in. In 15 minutes of speaking with her I learned more from her than I had in the few weeks with the other Realtor. Ronda picked up the ball and ran with it. Within a couple of days she had me in touch with Matt, who got me not only pre-approved but through the under writing process which put me one step ahead of others. We found my house and before leaving the driveway she was filling out the papers and made the offer on the house with a deadline of 10:00 AM the following day for an answer. The following morning she was calling me at 10:00 AM to inform me they had accepted my offer. I found out later that the letter she wrote on my behalf to the seller is what won her over. She works hard to get you what you want. Wonderful personality, honest in what she tells you and makes you feel comfortable right away. I'll recommend her to everyone I know that is in search of their dream home.
