Mike is well known as one of the very best agents in Austin. I almost want to buy another house so I can work with him again. Every person I worked with through the entire process raved about Mike, and one person told me that she knows thousands of agents and chose Mike to represent her parents.Early in the process, I happened to visit a house that was going to go quickly. In my ignorance, I asked the agent there to put in an offer. Then I learned this meant Mike probably would not get any reward on this deal. Mike tried to contact the other agent, and then told me not to worry about it. He said I shouldn't miss this opportunity just so he would get paid.That deal didn't go through and I came back to Mike. His combination of integrity and expertise was gold through the entire house buying process.
