My family had a wonderful experience buying our first home with Jon Hartz as our realtor. We were referred to Jon by a close friend which gave us a strong indication of Jons professionalism and experience in real estate from the outset. As first-time home buyers, we came to the table with very little knowledge. Jon fully embraced our newness and was honest and open with us about house-hunting and the home buying process. He truly guided us and took the time to explain what we could expect at each step along the way. It was clear that he is extremely knowledgable in the field and knows the local area well which makes him great at what he does! In terms of communication, Jon was responsive to all of our correspondence to include weekends and also over the holidays. Given our need to find a home in Virginia with our limited availability to drive down from Pennsylvania, Jon arranged for us to view listings the day after Christmas! On a more personal level, you should know that Jon is very personable and our family quickly developed a great relationship with him.
