It still hasnt really hit me that I just closed on my new house this week! Im a first time home-buyer/owner and let me tell you, as much as I was excited to become a home-owner, I was dreading the whole process of looking for an agent. That dread was short-lived after meeting Karen Daniel.. I liked her on the spot! Very easy to talk to, quick to return all calls/text/emails, very knowledgeable, and most importantly, patient. Obviously as a soon-to-be new home owner, I had a question about EVERYTHING....everything. Karen always looked out for me and my best interests. She ALWAYS accommodated me and my unpredictable work schedule. The days leading to the close of the house, some things fell through on the sellers side. Not being able to take any more days off from work to do several more re-inspects, Karen was always there ensuring things were getting done. I never had to wait or ask for an update. I know she works for other buyers, but I always felt like I was her #1 priority. She rocks! Im glad I took a chance with the Kris Weaver Team and am truly grateful for meeting and having Karen as my buying agent! Thank you for everything, Karen!! This experience is one for the books! I had a blast and now I cant wait to spend TOO much money on furnishing my new home!
