Rarely do you find individuals who take attention to detail, follow-up, thinking-ahead and most importantly, communication, to that next higher level. Olivia has assembled a tremendous support team for coordinating pre-listing and post-contract follow-up activities, and it is very evident that her team upholds the same pursuits of excellence, timeliness and detail. It?s just been a pleasure to see her team working so fluidly and seamlessly. Her experience helps forecast the potential for road-blocks, and she already has time tested solutions lined up ready to deploy. I guess the best examples are real life situations that we personally encountered with this particular sale. There were complex termite and moisture issues that blended some significant Pre-Advertising completed repairs with the Buyer?s own T&M company, even though the home-inspection was for informational purposes only. Olivia used the Golden Rule immediately and was able to calm fears of both parties, by putting ourselves in the other?s shoes so that both sides felt that they were equally part of the solution while being fair to the other side. Another example was her calming effect when offers came in with various criteria. That is always a stressful point in the process, and her experience really shown through to communicate anticipated outcomes with the different options available, always conveying her opinions humbly, factually, and forthrightly, letting the sellers know that the decision was ultimately theirs. In closing, it?s been a blessing to work with such a devoted, hard-working, talented and caring person, and one who is excited to share the fruits of her labor with the wonderful ShineGirls program, helping the less fortunate.
