Our experience with Eric Hill and J Ray Realty has been very pleasant and successful. Eric helped us sell our previous home. We were able to sell it quickly, smoothly, and at our asking price. Due to the economy and the selection of homes available at that time, we decided to rent for a while. J Ray Realty manages rental properties as well. So Eric showed us several available rental options. We were able to rent a very nice home for a couple of years and ultimately decided to purchase that same home.During the time we were renting, Eric showed us several potential homes to purchase. He was very attentive to our tastes and budget. Meanwhile we were growing more and more attached to the home we were renting. Eric then helped us negotiate with the owner to purchase the home we were renting for a very fair price. Eric has continued to be a great resource for contacts for service needs such as landscaping, appliance repair, plumbing, etc.We have been very pleased with the entire experience.
