Last year my family decided it was time to start looking for a new home because we were outgrowing our current house. We spent several months looking and after no success we decided to take a break. After the new year started we planned on giving it another go but this time with a new approach. We started looking on Zillow like a lot of families do, and one day I saw a great house and reached out through Zillow for an agent to give us some details about the property. Shannon was one of the first responders and from our first interactions through text, I could tell she was going to helpful and help us find the home we were looking for. Even though the first house we looked wasnt it we knew we were in good hands. She continued to show her knowledge of the market and real estate. We made a lot of fun memories looking at houses, dragging the kids a long but she was always there with great advice and lollipops to entertain my boys. Even when telling us bad news, being out bid on several occasions she still found a way to keep things positive and kept us motivated to find what we were looking for. After several months we finally scored the best house out of them all and we have Shannon to thank. She works with an amazing team who worked hard to make our closing happen fast and ahead of schedule. If I had to recommend Shannon Paschall to any homebuyers or sellers there would be no hesitation. I had two new beautiful condos one block from the bay that had been on the market for 6 months without a contract. My last agent had even lowered the price and still no contract. I replaced that agent with Shannon Paschall and not only did she have both units under contract in 2 weeks, but she also sold them at the original price, not the reduced price. This agent is no nonsense go getter. If you call her you do not have to wait days or hours for a return call, she understands the importance of returning calls in a timely manner. I also did not have to tell her what had to be done to sell the place; she had a plan and executed it. I have an MBA in marketing and I feel that 99% of agents out here do not have true marketing skills and fall way short of my expectations, BUT NOT MS. PASCHALL!! When I was looking for a new agent I looked at her reviews and when I called she did not answer, so I hung up. I was not about to go with another agent that did not answer her phone. Before I could dial another number she was calling me back and apologized for missing my call. I am a not nonsense business person and have very high expectations and Ms. Paschall far exceeded those expectations. I would recommend her 100% to anyone!!!
