Joe has absolutely gone above and beyond selling our first condo. Joe did such a great job helping us buy this condo that when it came to time for moving, it was a no brainer to use Joe again as our realtor. He is prompt with responses, he is patient and was able to explain each step in selling our place, and always made sure to keep us in the loop on any changes happening in the buyer/seller process. From the start, Joe made sure to explain any potential seller expenses that we might come across in the selling process to make sure that were no surprises. He does an incredible job at negotiating and will always give you his honest opinion. If Joe can't make it happen, no one can! Joe has set the bar extremely high for any realtors we have in the future and his professionalism, negotiability skills, and bubbly personality is going to be hard to beat! He is consistently going above his job duties to make sure we are taken care of. Even after buying/selling, Joe continued to stay in touch to see if there was anything he could do to help. If you are in the Virginia Beach area, there is no other realtor I would recommend besides Joe Fortuner. He not only was an incredible realtor for us, but we now consider him a friend.
