Alice was awesome. We bought a house that was over 100 years old and needed constant access to the house while we were under contract. She always made herself available and was quick to respond. She knows a lot about East Point neighborhoods and it's development over the years. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy in the tri-cities area. 2018 update: In retrospect (we bought this house 18 months ago and still have not moved in) I feel like Alice could have done a better job at knowing the house we were buying. At one point we tried to negotiate the price of the house down from the asking price due to known termite damage. We should have pushed more for that since the termite damage was extensive enough to warrant tearing down the entire addition (about 600 sq. ft) of the house.

In the future I will only use Alice Williams as my Realtor & recommend her to friends, family and acquaintances because of the unmatched service and attention that she provided me and my fiance on buying our first home. It sounds ridiculous,but I had agents completely blow me off when we made appointments- I would drive out to the house we were scheduled to see and be locked out & the agent would be not answering his phone, then yell at me when I spoke to his supervisor. I have heard horror stories about realtors, and to be quite honest I do not trust them. Alice is my exception. She was always in contact, and was Our realtor- she got us the best possible deal, and was our advocate. When I would ask for something, she made sure that it was either delivered or there was an explanation & she would immediately relay that to me.The reason why Alice is great at her job and really separates herself from the pack of wolves is that she makes your home buying experience personal; she knows that it is personal for you and she makes it personal to herself.I trust Alice and she is fantastic, I don't feel like I am giving her a fourth of the review she deserves.

I honestly couldn't have gotten any luckier finding a realtor! As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions and Alice was more than willing to not only answer them, but to go out of her way to provide further assistance to make sure I had all the information I wanted. If you're looking for a realtor who just wants to make a sale, Alice is NOT the realtor for you. She's going to give her honest opinion about homes you view, which means she might even advise against purchasing certain properties because she's looking out for you. Ultimately, her main goal is to make sure you're happy with your home, and for that I couldn't be any more appreciative. Thank you, Alice, for being so helpful, honest, personable, responsive, supporting, and such an all around fabulous real estate mentor :) I can't say enough good things about my experience working with her!!

I contacted several real estate agents via e-mail about distressed properties posted on Zillow. Alice was the ONLY one to respond, and she did so within 24 hours of my contacting her. Since I'm not in the area, we started working together via phone and e-mail and after a few weeks, I made a trip to Atlanta for a weekend. Alice showed me almost 20 properties that fit my investing criteria and we put contracts in on 8 of them. Eventually, we closed on only one, but through the process, she was extremely patient, responsive, and knowledgable, and I learned a lot about the ATL metro area. She also made great recommendations for a house inspector and a property manager. We got one curve ball in the final 10 days before closing that caught Alice by surprise, so that's the reason I marked 4 out of 5 for her process expertise. My sense is that because she learned this lesson in my closing, however, Alice is now a 5 out of 5! I highly recommend Alice without reservation, and will be doing lots more deals with her.
