After our fabulous experience with Ronnie Spece, I would never use a full commission listing agent again! Why would anyone? Our home sat on the market for 1.5 yrs while listed with another large realty company in town. Their plan to sell our home was nothing more than continue to drop the price. We listed with Ronnie and sold the home in 75 days, saving almost $24K in fees that would have needlessly gone to a listing agent/office. Any fear I had about not having an agent to show my home was laid to rest after the first showing. It was much easier to speak directly with the agent showing the home and accept the offer in one phone call. I was worried that strangers would show up at my door, but that never happened. Every potential buyer showed up with an agent who had already vetted the individuals he or she was bringing into our home. This is the future in real estate; buyers see your property online and then call an agent to see your home. It is easier and reduces commissions by 3% of the selling price.
