Ashley I thought was a great agent until it came time to close, she went on vacation the day before closing and sent a co worker in her spot. He sat there and played on his cell phone the whole time. Because of this he did not catch a mistake the title company made and it ended up costing up $500.00 we did not have. When brought to her attention we basically got an "ooops, sorry" and sent packing. As if the above mentioned was not enough, the inspector SHE hired to inspect our home before the sale went through missed the fact that not only did the house have termites but he also missed a massive crack in one of the main support beams in the roof of our home. Guess who had to pay for this too. Certainly wasn't Ms. Hammons. I would not refer anyone to her for any sort of assistance and those who do go to her, I would make sure you take care of hiring your own inspector.
