My husband accepted a job offer in a Nashville and they wanted him to start right away. We found ourselves moving from Missouri with very little preparation time. That first week we were driving around looking at houses that we found on Zillow and one of the local people recommended Amanda Bell. We had no idea who she was but based on the recommendation that she could really get things done, we called her up. She made herself very available and helped us through each step of the process. When things would get a little tough with negotiations she would stand up for us and help work out a favorable solution. We really felt like she had our backs. That was a good feeling when you have just moved into the state and aren't familiar with the local businesses and don't know anyone. She was our "go to " person and I spent a lot of her time asking questions. I would recommend her to anyone that would like to have a realtor that will stick with you from start to finish.
