My Wife and I wanted to move from South Florida to Central Florida because the home prices, homeowner's insurance, and property taxes are considerably less in Central Florida than in South Florida. Our real estate agent in South Florida referred us to Chrissi Jasso. So we made an appointment with Chrissi to look at homes in Winter Haven, FL. in April of 2017. On our 2nd day of looking at homes with Chrissi we found a terrific home at an incredible price. The home we bought in Winter Haven would have cost us at lease twice as much if it was located in South Florida. Chrissi was a tremendous help at negotiating the price for us. A few days later the home was thoroughly inspected and the home passed inspection so we were reassured that it was a great deal . Chrissi was always patient with us and always responded to any questions that we had. Her assistant Holly was also a big help. We have been in the house for more than a month now and we couldn't be happier. It's in a great location and our neighbors are really good people. As an added bonus our automobile insurance company lowered our automobile insurance rates by about 25% with our move to Winter Haven as well.
