Jay was a LIFESAVER in selling my home in Little Rock, AR. I had already moved out of state and had my home on the market for six months, where it languished with no offers and continued dropping in price with a previous agent. When that contract was up, I called Jay. I knew him socially, and had seen that even though he was relatively new to the real estate game, he had moved a lot of properties in my neighborhood. Once Jay was on board, he immediately assessed the needs of my property, and worked with me and my contractor to get my house in the shape it needed to be to sell quickly, and for a good price. Jay was able to get the price we were looking for and close the deal within TWO MONTHS!!! Selling my home from out of state was a tricky proposition, and Jay made it as easy and painless as possible. He was honest, ethical, and reliable. He responded to all contact immediately, or close to it. He was kind and supportive when as a first-time home seller, I would call in tears, or near-panic. Selling a home is a complex process, both legally and financially, as well as logistically, and even emotionally. Jay handled it all with aplomb, not to mention grace and humor. And it is clear to me that real estate is his passion, and he gets better at it every day. Highly recommended!!!

We had to complete the sale of our house long distance, in part because our prior agent was not diligent and lacked a good understanding of the market for houses in our neighborhood.As soon as Jay took over representation of our property, he immediately identified the problem areas that were turning off prospective buyers. He not only recommended a list of cost-effective improvements, but also helped oversee our contractor and various subs while they did the work.He brought in prospective buyers while the work was in progress and explained to them that the earlier they committed to the sale, the more choices they would have in terms of colors, fixtures, etc. The actual buyer did commit well before the work was done. Jay accomplished the tricky task of keeping expectations reasonable and coordinating everyone involved in the process.Jay is honest, knowledgeable, hard-working, and thoroughly professional. He has our highest recommendation.
