We interviewed several agents before deciding on Shane. He easily answered all of our questions in a professional manner and was able to explain things clearly. His market analysis used the most recent and most similar comps to help us decide on a sale price. Some agents used outdated information or used comps that were nowhere near similar to our home. Shane had a clear marketing plan from the beginning and we sold our home within 24 hours after listing for our full asking price and closed a full 7 days early. My closest competition is still sitting on the market as I write this, several of whom have had to do price reductions. During the process, Shane was very responsive to our questions and if he didn't know the answer he would find out and call back. I would definitely recommend him, he ensured the process was as smooth as possible for us.
