Buying a new home in this day and age can be extremely stressful. Especially when you are selling your current home at the same time. When I say that Shane made that process as seamless as possible, I mean it. Its honestly an understatement. He stood by us every step of the way. It never felt transactional. He listened to everything we told him. What we wanted, our long term plans for our family, and the investment we were entering into. As a family of 5 looking for a forever home to raise our daughters, he understood that and takes his job very seriously. He is beyond professional and so good at what he does. He took us to house after house trying to find our forever home. He answered all of our questions, day or night and lord knows I had a million. There was never a time my spouse and I felt like we had no idea what we were doing because Shane made sure he was available through it all. If you are looking for someone to not only help you with buying or selling a new home but to understand the needs of the investment you are entering into, than I can honestly tell you there is no question than to go through Shane. While the process of buying and selling was a long one. It was so worth it and Shane will take 100% care of ensuring he does right by you and your family throughout the process. We are extremely grateful for Shane and his amazing team and I can tell you I would not want anyone else other than Shane and his team helping my family.
