Chris is an amazing realtor, businessman, and individual. We relocated out of state during the great recession. When it became apparent that our home value had declined below the balance of our mortgage we decided to rent our home. Chris supported us at every turn from across the country for 6 years. He helped to coordinate and screen tenants, refer contractors, coordinate repairs, etc. Even as his family and business has grown, he was never too busy to take a call or react to a situation. He stuck with us despite the inconvenience and the uncertainty of when the home may be relisted for sale. Understanding the fine points of the real estate market, mortgage finance, short sales, appraisal methodology, etc. Chris was able to accurately determine when we could again enter the market for the price that we desired. We relisted our home with Chris as the market recovered and inventory in our segment thinned and it sold within 6 months for the fair market price. We would have surely lost or given up this home and our decimated financial stability had Chris not helped us along the way. We are forever grateful for this man that started as our realtor and has become a close and trusted friend.

Working with Chris Striefel has been such a blessing! We came to know Chris when he was recommended to us by another client he had worked with for years. We are new to the area and we had much to learn, which was further complicated by the pandemic and real estate frenzy. My husband and I greatly appreciated Chris's background in building as he was able to answer endless questions regarding what could and could not be done in terms of renovations. I mean endless questions from the roof, to the radon, to the electric, plumbing, landscaping, permitting, all of which was tremendously helpful. Furthermore, he was able to give a rough idea of costs for labor and materials while also reminding us of potential cost increases due to material shortages. Buying a home is often an emotional process and I particularly appreciated Chris's sound reasoning and rock-solid support as we navigated this journey. He let us know when we needed to act fast because a house would sell quickly and when we had a bit of room to negotiate. Chris was patient, understanding, and accommodating of our needs throughout the house hunting. We ended up purchasing a home we adore and once we are settled, we look forward to inviting Chris for dinner. This is a small valley and Chris is a top notch realtor and all-around great guy whom we are happy to now have as friend!
