Deanna is the most professional and organized Realtor I have ever worked with. Even before we signed a contract to work with her to sell our home, she provided insightful advice on how to market the property and a few minor updates we should do before listing. She provided a number of recommendations for handymen/painters to help us get the work done. She has such a good reputation that one house painter even remarked "Oh, you're working with Deanna?" and then cut his cost estimate by ~20% on the spot.Deanna took care of every detail to get the house on the market...a deep cleaning, staging, professional photographs, etc. She was at the house to open it up before every showing and closed it back up when the showings were complete. She got the right buyer into the house quickly, negotiated a great deal on our behalf, and stayed on top of the title company to ensure every detail was correct in the closing paperwork.I would work with Deanna again in an instant!! She is a fantastic professional and a phenomenal Realtor.
