Choosing Jon as our realtor was the best and wisest decision that we could have made. Jon made this home buying/selling experience surprisingly enjoyable! Giving the nature of the housing market, we were unsure if we should list our house or not. Jon came prepared with a formal detailed report on our projected home value in the current market based on the recent sales in the surrounding area. He outlined his strategy to both sell our house and find our desired home simultaneously. Without any pressure, he left the decision entirely to us. With his friendly, open and honest approach, we felt completely at ease with proceeding with Jon as our realtor. With the strategy in place, everything went smoothly from there. My husband and I highly recommend Jon Long if you are looking for a real estate agent to buy or sell a home or any other type of real estate. We met Jon after receiving a very professional marketing flyer in the mail. We wanted to sell a home in Brea. We met him at our property and he gave us his recommendations on how to maximize the value of the home. He also gave us a review of what he does to market the property. We could not list the property immediately as we had tenants in the home. We were so impressed with Jon's knowledge, his very professional manner. He kept in touch with us over the next 6 months but never pushed us to list the property. We listed the property and received multiple offers on the first day. He helped us review the offers as to which was the best and likely to close. During escrow, he solved typical problems and never stressed us. The escrow closed in 30 days. We have been in the real estate field for over 30 years and have dealt with many real estate agents and Jon Long is the best!

It was a pleasure to have Jon sell our house and also help us in purchasing our new home. He is very personable, and knowledgeable and was very responsive to our needs. Jon was able to tell us the right price range for the market and the time frame it would take to sell our house. Jon was extremely patient with us and listened to the things we were looking for in a home. He showed us houses that he knew would fit both of our needs. Jon is very professional and negotiated to get us the most money for the sale of our home. He was also able to negotiate with the other realtor to get us the best price for the home that we purchased. In fact, the realtor for the home that we purchased was very impressed with his professionalism and quick responses that she advised her clients to accept our offer (with a contingency) over 3 other cash offers they had received. Jon was always available to us and always made us feel comfortable. In the end, he found us the perfect house that we were are both very happy with.
