Patti's vast experience of many years of working in the Hoover market was evident throughout our home buying experience. She has such a thorough knowledge of the various communities in Hoover--a knowledge that can only be built through many years of work. Patti actually introduced us to the neighborhood where we eventually bought our new home, as we were not aware of the community until Patti suggested we consider. We also appreciated Patti's scrutiny of each home that we visited. She was careful to point out issues that concerned her from a buyer's perspective--several issues that we would not have considered without her perspective. She was quick to inform us whether a home was priced appropriately and had such a solid group of experts to recommend on the back end of home buying for projects such as the home inspection. We loved the home inspector she recommended! Patti returned our calls immediately throughout the few months we worked with her. She was patient and such a delight . Our two year old was always happy to see her when it was time to look at another home!
