David Gardner is the best Real Estate Agent I have ever used and I have used several over the last 50 years.When you use David it is like having your own agent working for you 24/7.His many e-mails and calls keeps you well informed and Apex Realty Group is also great for their listings.When i did a web search for property in Huntingdon County area my property was listed on the 1st page.I would rate them #1 in that area and I would know.I used the other big agent up there years ago and never sold the property that David sold for me.It was sold and settlement was in the same month and I had the check from the Title Company in my hand that day.I would highly recomend David,It's like how I said earlier but having family,your brother in the business and his personal cell to get ahold of him far past office hours.Thanks !!!
