Brian came to us after we simply texted his real estate company requesting to see a property. Boy did we luck out! He met us at the house we wanted to see and although this house was not suitable for us he simply mentioned a newly built one nearby that he thought we might like. He arranged for us to see it the next day and we fell in love with it. This is a second home for us in our kids/grandkids neighborhood and so we were thrilled to have Brian help us through the process of purchasing it. Every step of the way he was on top of everything. . . from presenting the offer, to making recommendations for contingencies, to facilitating the inspection process, to working with the builder to agree to some repairs, to interfacing with us long distance regarding various issues. He is an amazing communicator as well as a highly knowledgeable realtor. He is warm and open and responsive. I can't recommend him highly enough for anyone wanting to purchase or sell a home in the Portland area. He's a gem!!
