Stephanie was an amazing realtor and would recommend her to anyone. We were purchasing a home out of state and were told by others it would take up to 6+months, which was certainly going to be too long for us. Stephanie was able to find us a home and close within 2 months! We couldnt have done this without her. She would regularly attend open homes (sometimes as many as 3 a day!) and video record the homes for us with incredibly helpful tips and insights. She was punctual, present, and responsive with clear communication skills. We appreciated her ability to work with the seller to provide us with the best deal and give us feedback as the process was moving forward. Furthermore, she was able to very quickly manage all the backend work between the seller, mortgage loan brokers, and ourselves to close on our home.
