When both my husband and I lost our jobs in 2009 we knew right away we needed to sell our home. Aparo-Griffin Properties was recommended to me by a good friend so I asked her to sell our home.Aparo-Griffin took over everything! They kept the banks off our backs as we went through this whole process. She continuously listed our house, she fought the banks during the short sale process and she even gave us the needed paperwork to show the listing and advertising of the house when we were called to court. When the house was finally sold, she was able to get us $6,000.00+ at closing and 2 weeks after the closing to move. Although we lost our home, Aparo-Griffin Properties made it easy and not so stressful at the end to have money and time to move out. I would (and have) highly recommend Kathy and Bill and their team of experts if you need to Short Sale your home.
