My boyfriend and I decided to use Evan Santini as out realtor because he was the most responsive. He always answered our questions promptly and was extremely flexible with his time. We threw several last minute requests, he handled all of them flawlessly. My boyfriend and I were first-time home buyers, we were not familiar with the process of purchasing a home. Evan explained the process thoroughly and guided us through it. Furthermore, during one of the home walk-throughs, he noticed an issue that would probably only be detected by an inspector. Overall Evan is reliable, detail-oriented, helpful, patient, and displays an overwhelming amount of expertise in finding someone the perfect home!
