Selling a home takes skill but selling a home while the owner is in a different state is even more challenging. I inherited my grandmothers home after she passed away and wanted to sell it. I live in a different state and have a job that takes me literally all over the world. Before I retained Caroline as an agent, I spoke with several other realtors in the area. I always had doubts of their honesty. When I met with Caroline, that was not an issue. She is very personable and a true professional. I had never sold a home before and was very new to the process. Caroline was able to negotiate a selling price several thousand dollars from what was anticipated and was very aggressive with finding a buyer. I was able to find a buyer and close within 30 days of listing. I attribute that all to Caroline and her staff who kept me informed of even the smallest details during the process. If I ever sell a home in the future, I would use the Maki Group without hesitation. It is my honest opinion that it would be a mistake for anyone who is in the market to buy or sell a home not to at least consider Caroline. I am certain that your first interaction with her will be filled with emotions of trust and sincerity. Anyone can sell a home but few can provide the service of the Maki Group.
