Others, she would even answer after hours. She was very nice, and easy to work with for the short period we had our house on the market. Our house sold within three weeks and we were so impressed! Anja and her assistant Kha-Yen were amazing. I recently sold my townhouse with their help. Anja immediately responded to my email saying she would be happy to sell my townhome. She got the ball rolling right immediately, as soon as she left my house. This was also during holiday time when people are very busy. She came to my house on a Sat, had the house staged the following Monday. The staging looked great and the pictures were beautiful. In addition, my back patio was a mess and she and her assistant got down in their dresses to pull out all my weeds and clean the patio up. The open house was Sunday and we had a great turnout due to the advertising they do. They post the listing on hundreds of sites and put signs all over the complex. Due to this, I had a potential buyer in 3 days. Anja was also helpful during the negotiation process and tried to accommodate my requests. The entire process from start to finish took a little more than a month only because I had an issue with my HOA cooperating. Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend to anyone.
